We start the day with the girls at Celebrity Hair Salon:

The make up is done in Christine's 20
th floor Royal Suite at The
Westin Hotel:

Carla is taking special care of the bride:

The dress is safe indoors:

My first ceremony inside the
McDougall United Church:
Julianne Cragg made sure everything looked perfect for such an event:

Now, this is how a happy newlywed couple looks like:

A while ago I've been location scouting for 2 hours with Christine and Jon for the portrait session, but it was snowing heavily last Saturday (yes, that was May 29), so we couldn't use any of that:

We stayed inside for 3 hours:

It may sound strange coming from a wedding photographer, but I don't get to work very often with brides with veils:

So please bear with me for a while:

Almost forgot about Jon:

I really like the guest sign in book:

The cake from
Jam on Your Face, too:

It's probably the most beautiful I've drooled on so far:

And this is as much candy as I've seen in my first 30 years of life put together:

Sweet love:

Chris - the MC - came up with a popular game:

There were unexpecting victims:

A thoughtful gift from Mark, the bride's brother:

The first dance:

Camera magic:

A hint of
bhangra:

Evacuate the dance floor:

E
pili mau na - best wishes - Christine and Jon! You must be in Hawaii by now. I can't believe you forgot your photographer in the snow! Enjoy your honey moon!
