'I proposed to Sheetal on her Birthday. It was May 6, 2014. We planned a trip to one of our favourite places Cedar House in Golden BC. We love the mountains; it has been one of our favourite places to go for years. I gave her birthday presents to her when we got to the cabin. I had hidden the ring in one of the presents and when she opened the present with the ring inside she was shocked, happy and very emotional all at the same time. Oh and jumping up and down lol. I got down on one knee, my hands shaking and asked her to marry me!'

14 years ago I walked into a Management and Marketing class and saw a guy in a mustard yellow hoodie who was too shy to even look at me. So being the person I am I started to harass him and forced him to speak to me eventually. The harassment worked and one day he got my number from someone on msn and called me from work on his break. We grew up in an age where pay phones still existed and cost only twenty five cents. Yes, he used to pay to speak to me on his break LOL! I am glad he did because from that day we have talked almost every single day. He’s my best friend and now he’s going to be my husband, I cannot wait to see what else life has in store for us.'
