Betty & Syd - Wedding at the First Presbyterian Church Edmonton

We start this sunny September day in the King Loft Suite at the Delta Inn South Edmonton.

Syd is one of the most relaxed grooms I've met. He looks like he's done this before.

A few minor adjustments and we're good to go. 

Betty really likes what she sees:

The charming First Presbyterian Church in downtown Edmonton is open at third capacity, following the newest Covid restrictions:

 Everyone wears a mask, including the bride and groom.

Andrei is helping me out with the awesome balcony shots:

And now you may try to kiss the bride:

It's official in the province of Alberta, Canada:

Rather challenging to play the bagpipe with your face covered, so Cameron brought his electric one:

With the formalities over, we can go out and play:

Finally the masks are off and the newly weds can't stop kissing.

A beautiful cake awaits at the Blue Quill Community League:

Guests are welcomed in by the delicate cymbala sounds of Alicia.

Bellydancers Jenna and Luciana introduce the newest couple in town.

Tough act to follow, one may think, but Jim, our MC for the evening, is doing an excellent job:

Before we move on with the program, let's pray and eat, in that order:

It's so easy to enjoy the evening on a full stomach.

Heartfelt speeches bring a healthy mix of loughs and tears.

Congratulations one more time, Betty and Syd! Thank you so much for such a memorable day!
