Day 6 - WeddingAs usual, Ioana starts the morning at the bride's place with the bride - of course - and make up artist Sunita Sumaru:
I have to go somewhere too, so I'm at the groom's house. Jessy receives the coconut from his parents. He's going to hold on to it for the whole day, something that I haven't seen before:
On their way out, the groom's men are practicing for the baarat:
But that's all the action they get, because the cold winds drive everyone into the temple:
The ceremony was a little different.
A few fun speeches:
Sometimes is hard to target your speech for the entire audience:
Global warming doesn't really work in Alberta, so we have a very short portrait session:
We're just trying to stay warm, nothing else:
Cuddling works:
Even with the guys:
Back at Inderpal's place. Cyra is entertaining everybody:
Jessy shows up to claim his lawfull wife:
Looks clear enough:
Inderpal is saying good bye to her mom. She's moving to Edmonton from UK:
Day 7 - PartyWe took a few more pictures at Hotel MacDonald before the reception:

And yes, I found the million dollar smile:
The French inspired decorations at the Meridian Banquet Hall got me by surprise:
The Indian dances are always one of my favorite parts of the reception. Jaspreet:
Harman Baweja:
Jessy's sisters - Taren and Maya - and Mannat:
Punjabi dancers:
Jessy joins in for the final act. Personally, I'm impressed:
The first dance:
And the crazy party that followed:

Not sure how these moves are called , but they sure bring back memories all the way from Mexico:
The young generation is catching up:
Well, almost:
Dads strike a pose:
Thank you so much everybody! We had a great time! Congratulations Inderpal and Jessy!
